  • Flights are conducted by qualified commercial pilots with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, FAA compliance, standard operating procedures, and operational efficiency. Aircraft are operated by carefully vetted and trusted pilots to ensure consistency and peace of mind. Pilots are always readying the aircraft 60-90 minutes in advance of the departure time ensuring thorough preparation for each and every mission.
  • We oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance, coordinating directly with trusted shops and certified technicians to ensure every inspection, annual, oil change, and discrepancy is addressed promptly and professionally. All maintenance activities are tracked through compliance binders as well as documented with a strong focus on FAA compliance, operational safety, and preserving the long-term reliability and value of your aircraft.
  • Each flight is meticulously prepared — with the aircraft cleaned, fueled, and optionally stocked with preferred snacks and beverages. Assistance with complex itineraries, FBO preferences, and ground logistics is seamlessly provided as requested.
  • Operating costs are minimized through strategic planning, preventative maintenance, and practical, owner-focused decision-making — all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

  • We can aid in securing hangar space and insurance coverage are secured and managed in alignment with the aircraft’s profile and operational needs, leveraging trusted local connections to ensure convenience and value.
  • For eligible owners, we can assist in setting up legal, FAA-compliant dry lease agreements that allow your aircraft to be leased to qualified pilots or businesses when not in use. This can help offset operational costs without compromising safety or long-term value. All lease arrangements are structured transparently, with clear documentation, liability protections, and owner oversight every step of the way.
  • Operating Limits for Reliability — To maximize reliability and protect long-term value, we generally do not recommend dry leasing a privately owned aircraft for more than 400 hours per year. Staying below this threshold helps reduce wear, downtime, and maintenance expenses while keeping the aircraft in peak condition for its owner.
